One good thing about having every hour of the day devoted to what it is I wish to do leaves me with enough time to do the things I wanted to get around to, but never was able to because I was trapped behind my computer at work. So, today I was lucky enough to get enough time to finally cook that slab of corned beef that has sitting in my freezer for the past few months. It's one of the last few things in my fridge, and I don't plan on going back to the grocery store before I leave (except for the few staples here and there, like, ya know, wine), so I've gotta make this last as long as possible.
