Those of you familiar with the seafood chain The Boiling Crab know about the nature of its menu (a wide selection of shellfish, including crawfish), the manner in which the food is served to you (in a plastic bag, over a wax paper covered table), and the fact that they let you write on their walls.
There are only two locations in California, and luckily one of them is (relatively) close to us in San Jose. I had only been here once before months ago and already left my mark on the wall back then. Coming back, it's nice to know that the legacy I left will be etched on their hallowed walls forever:
