On the last Friday of each month, our office has a "pizza and pictionary (and beer)" event for the sake of bonding as coworkers over pizza, pictionary, and beer (as you might have guessed). I know many offices have similar activities and social gatherings, but the fact that this happens regularly (and with beer) is a far cry from what I'm normally used to.

Wow, totally different work culture. How many people work with you? Ya for my job we have happy hour once in a while...actually a couple weeks ago we did a pub crawl.
