Oakland Art Murmur is a monthly event that takes place in the first Friday of every month. A group of art galleries stays open late on this particular Friday evening for visitors, locals, yuppies, and aging and pungent hippies to enjoy. Light refreshments may also be served.
I only went to one gallery, since it was on the way to the BART station tonight. I did enjoy it more extensively last December, however. Considering that was back in 2009, I don't have a mention or a picture of it.
