Happy 10/10/10 everyone!
Today marked the end of Fleet Week in San Francisco, and as such the closing day finished with ship tours, air shows, and of course, the flying of the Blue Angels:
I'll admit, I had never been to a Fleet Week event until last year. There just wasn't that much of a military presence in my family, so I don't think the appreciation of our nation's longtime history of military superiority was ever emphasized as a child. Any interest in warfare I got from playing Civilization 2.
